Poor man’s food is the best in Italy, wouldn’t you say so, Michelle?
I agree. I think the ways of the regions are best. Each has a distinct flavor. I am finding that not all sauce or “sugo” has the same flavorings, it varies by region. Same with braciole and caponata.
